CANCELLATION POLICY
Speaker, Content and Session order are subject to change without notice. All refund requests must be received in writing
to the conference coordinator at sherry@innovative4you.com or by fax at 1-705-456-9786.
Refund requests received on or before October 20th, 2017 will be given a refund less an administrative fee of $50.00.
No refund will be honoured after October 21st, 2017.
Please allow 48 hours for delegate substitution if possible.
