CALL FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Poster abstracts will be accepted on a rolling basis for poster presentations. The presenter may submit multiple abstracts for the conference. One submission for each poster.

We will confirm acceptance of your poster presentation shortly after receipt.

The final poster presentation will be due by March 31st, 2021.

Submissions should provide a brief explanation of the presentation in 150 words or less.

CONFERENCE THEMES

1. Using Client Experience Data to Improve Care: The Ontario Perception of Care (OPOC) is one way of hearing from clients/tenants about the perceptions of the care they are receiving. We want to hear from you about how you are using OPOC or other qualitative data to co-design quality improvements with clients/tenants, capturing their experience with your service delivery.

2. Virtual Care during the COVID-19 Pandemic: Virtual care quickly became the go to medium for providing care and continuing services during the COVID-19 pandemic. Although this was a boon for several clients, the needs of many clients/tenants were not met through virtual means. We want to hear from you what worked in your agency/services and what were your lessons learned.

3. Using Data to move towards Equitable Care for All: Equitable care is one of the six domains of quality and the COVID-19 pandemic has shown a divide between what we know to be good care and what people actually receive. We want to hear from you about the vital socio-demographic data your agency is gathering as a critical measure to assisting with making informed decisions about how to provide equitable care.

Your Submission

Your submission should be 150 words or less.

Poster presentations will be hosted on the virtual platform. We ask that posters be in a PDF format. The PDF document should be 11x17 and be 96 dpi. There will be no verbal presentation of the posters however, they will be available on the platform in the poster section with the ability to connect to the presenter by email.
